I have been working at Gulfstream full-time
Always something to do and there is a long term vision. The company is very well funded
No real cons other then the benefits are extremely poor that cost you a lot. And the Profit sharing is extremely below other companies as it is a flat amount vs a percentage
Advice to Management
No advice as it is not listened to any how. Most meetings with the leadership feels more then other places like they are telling us what they think we want to hear and then they continue on their way doing what they were
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gulfstream (Westfield, MA) in January 2014.
I applied online and had a phone call about an onsite interview. There was good communication through e-mail.The process was pretty standard. The interview went well and lasted about an hour. The classic behavioral questions and a tour.
