I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Guru Technologies (United States)

Way too lengthy and disrespectful of your time. The entire process from start to finish 20 days to hear the final answer, which was that they weren't moving forward because they felt the position needed to be changed. People were nice enough but I cannot begin to explain how frustrating this process was in length and time wasted.

    - Phone screening with recruiter
    - Zoom interview with hiring manager
    - In-depth writing exercise
    - Panel interview with back-to-back-to-back-to-back people (yes, you have to set aside 2 hours of your time in a single day)
    - Submit references

From the other interview reviews, you can tell that this is not limited to a single position or any specific department. They takes advantage of your time by asking in-depth questions to essentially judge if they should use them, only to not hire you and try to do it themselves.

Huge red flags but if anyone wants to waste their time and effort, go ahead and apply.
