The senior-most business leaders from each operating company serve on the Marsh & McLennan Companies Diversity Council. I worked at Guy Carpenter full-time (More than 5 years)
Great managers who take an interest to grow their employees. Excellent culture and I built some good relationships. Only reason I moved was because I wanted to try a different role on the underwriting side.
Pay was average slightly low. But the culture and experience made up for this... Money isn't everything!

Continue to place your employees at the heart of the company. Just pay them a bit more...
