I worked at H. Brooks & Company (More than 3 years)
Good hourly pay for no experience or education above a HS diploma. Opportunities for advancement in pay with hard work and good benefits.
Long hours and you start out getting payed half as much while working harder than the other employees that have been there longer. No incentive to work harder than to meet the minimum requirements, since there are no bonuses and you aren't paid based on how much you do in a night.
Advice to Management
Have bonus incentives for employees who work hard and that will help motivate people and decrease turnover within the company.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at H. Brooks & Company (New Brighton, MN) in January 2011.
Was called for an interview after a few days. Went in and it wasn't really an interview, more just them telling you what the job is. After that they just told me the salary requirements and I told them I could probably do the job and I was hired on the spot.
