I have been working at H-Wave full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The hours the people and I really enjoy what I do. Can't complain

    Cons

Maybe the distance for me. I come from La Puente. 45 min drive daily. But that's how great this job is that I am willing to do the drive and be ok with it

    Advice to Management

As long as all managers bring a positive attitude daily, we employees will do the same. It's contagious

    Application

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at H-Wave in January 2007.

    Interview

Received email regarding scheduling time slot for inititial phone screen. Spoke with son-in-law during first phone screen. Interviewed with panel. Some situational type questions. In retrospect, the team didn't provide a lot of details, but they made a lot of promises. Also in retrospect, the staff people at the office seemed unhappy, depressed or maybe just stressed out. Even though the home office is located in California, the management team is very conservative.
