Interview
A phone interview followed by and in person interview. The second part began by a computer test that was more of a personality test. I met one on one with one of their managers who was delightful. It was a very professional and first class environment. No tricky questions. Several days later I received a phone call for a follow up. I met for the second interview with two people who would’ve been my more direct supervisors. They explained more about the position and gave me a chance to present my case and also ask questions. Again it was a very friendly almost conversational type environment. The employees of this company genuinely love working there! Within four days I received an offer. Wonderful benefits but the salary was a little below what I was looking for. Regardless I almost accepted because of the incredibly professional and friendly environment. They are a first class organization all around.InterviewWhat makes you a good fit for this position over other candidates.?
