HAECO Americas Airframe Services. The company provides airframe MRO and modifications services on most large commercial fleet types as well as maintaining military aircraft. The airframe unit employs over 1,000 mechanics and uses nearly 1.5 million square feet of hangar and office space at two multi-hangar locations: Greensboro NC and Lake City, FL. HAECO provides a comprehensive platform of airframe services.
HAECO Cabin Solutions. The company’s Cabin Solutions business unit offers a complete array of engineering services and interior products. The unit’s engineering capabilities include complete cabin refurbishment project management, kitting and logistics support, and testing and certification. HAECO Cabin Solutions operates facilities located in Pacoima, CA; Wallburg, NC; and High Point, NC.

HAECO Americas is proud to support the Piedmont Triad Chapter of Purple Heart Homes. Founded by Veterans for Veterans, Purple Heart Homes, together with the community, is committed to ensuring quality of life housing solutions for disabled American Veterans of all eras. Many of HAECO Americas’ employees are veterans of the military and enthusiastically support this cause.
We also participate in community events such as the HAECO Invitational, Habitat for Humanity and the Salvation Army to name a few.
I have been working at HAECO Americas full-time (More than a year)
I felt really needed when they would call me in on my days off to fix and test any problems before a shipment went out.
After while the pros became the cons and I just really needed some time off to spend with my family.
Advice to Management
No one knows what someone else problems may be at any given time, so at all times use tact.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5+ months. I interviewed at HAECO Americas in May 2016.
