Welcome to Halcyon Rehab!  We are very excited that you are interested in our company!

We started our organization with some of the best and brightest leaders in our industry. I am very pleased to say that these terrific professionals are still a part of our company today. When the leaders and I came together to begin Halcyon Rehab, we made it our mission to take the excellent clinical, organizational and business skills acquired during our careers with other major rehab companies and combine them together to create Halcyon Rehab. However, we all agreed that we wanted something more, something that we felt other companies were missing…CULTURE. The team and I have spent several years building a culture that we believe is second to none. Our culture is the special ingredient that has created our rehab family. We know that there are several rehab providers you can choose to work for or partner with. However, we strongly believe that our organization offers our clinicians and our business partners a company with a high level of integrity combined with many caring hearts.

We are committed to not only providing the most up to date information related to the therapy industry, but we are also very interested in the health and well being of our most precious commodity, our clinicians. Our monthly edition of “Wellness Works”, written by our Vice President of Clinical Services, offers clinicians and their families tips on health and wellness. We strongly believe that taking care of each other is the best way to ensure the optimal care of our residents within the facilities. We believe that when we feel a strong sense of self, happiness, and health, we are able to share this part of ourselves with the people around us. It is our goal to assist our family of healthcare professionals to become the best people that they can be, both professionally and personally.

By basing our actions on a strong core value of improving the quality of life of the residents we are trusted to care for, we have seen amazing results in our extensive history.

Halcyon Rehabilitation partners with long term care facilities and their dedicated staff to provide the most efficient and cutting edge therapy with open minds and caring hearts.

The utilization of the latest proven therapy modalities, advanced technology for communication and the belief in constant improvement have led to our partners reaching their clinical and fiscal goals time after time.

Halcyon provides extraordinary clinical support and training to all of our therapists. We do this through an organized matrix of support roles and functions among our regional directors and selected highly ranked therapists.

Continuing education courses offered internally are taught by our Corporate clinical staff.

Many of these courses and seminars are approved for CEU credit by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) and the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA). Halcyon also supports and encourages its employees to attend learning opportunities to increase their knowledge of advanced and aggressive rehabilitation programs through: Educational workshops; Webinars; Seminars; management training; and mentoring.

    The Staff coordinator contacted me and asked me questions then I was set for the appointment and met the ot and director. The interview process was not bad I had to submit references online as well. I was not not offered a position and was not contacted either.
