    Pros

Although I am assigned one boss/coach, I feel like I can reach out to so many folks. My coach is amazing. He is supportive and responsive. This is a client-service oriented company and I am so proud to work with this team.

    Cons

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at HBR Consulting (Chicago, IL) in November 2017.

    Interview

The process took around 4 weeks and consisted of 3 rounds. The first interview was a call with an HR representative to discuss the role and how my skills applied to the position. I was then invited onsite to the office to speak with 3 members of the firm. After a week, I had a final call with the direct manager of the team.
