Interview
The interview process was lengthy. It took about a month total from applying, phone interview, in person interview, drug and background screen, and then receiving an offer from a unit. It was a job that I had to keep calling over and making sure I was staying on top of the process.What were previous job experiences that related? What were my strengths and weaknesses? How did I feel about working on the frontlines of COVID? Typical interview questions and a lot of talk about my schooling background.
