I worked at HCP full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Benefits and a solid professional environment with specialists from various backgrounds. Good Human Resource team. Nice office and events all year.

    Cons

Stressful environment with office politics taking place more often than desired. Hard to get promoted as well. Conservative standards are too cherished.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at HCP.

    Interview

The hiring process was a bit tedious, involving 5-6 interviews on 3 different days. I had to get ready every time and pretty much repeated myself over and over again. The company likes to interview inter departmentally for more protection, I guess.
