    Advice to Management

    Share some of the work load with the nurses instead of delegating all the work to the floor nurse.

    I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at HCR ManorCare (Wyoming, MI).


    Easy enough to get the interview - opening was posted on Monster, they called within a few days. However I was made to sit in the freezing front lobby for over an hour - I think they honestly forgot I was there. The interview itself lasted maybe 5 minutes, the DON seemed completely distracted the whole time. I got an offer a day later but was not able to negotiate a better hourly rate
