    Pros

    I like the benefits ,schedule flexibility,training the opportunities to grow the understanding and the appreciations.

    Cons

    I have not been in a position where I have to be in arguments or voting against a Proposal.

    Advice to Management

    My advice to my management: I understand all the good benefits you offer to the employees, but if you can work a little bit on the salary that will keep our good employees to come to work on time always report to work everyday. And they don't have to work for another employer so when they come to our facility they not tired, and will have more energy to work with our residents.

    I was called in for an interview almost immediately after applying. Leona interviewed me and asked a few questions. After being interviewed I was taken in to meet the director of nursing and I was offered a job on the spot since they are very low on CNA's
