I worked at HDA Associates (Less than a year)
Company with an excellent pedigree, solid client base and excellent reputation.
Management were willing to take risks and listen to employee input.
A professional attitude towards it's people and genuinely cared about their well-being and future.
After a very successful client acquisition, the sales team had lost their focus on seeking new business causing stagnation in the client pool. By the time I joined the company, drastic action was required to bring things back on track.
Advice to Management
Keep pushing that "new client" mill-wheel. The first quarter turn is always the hardest but once momentum has been built up, the rewards flow inwards.
And please never forget that dedication to your people which is so well thought of.
