Sometimes the company was slow to match salaries, but the pay was increasing and the benefits outweigh the slight difference in salary. New employees were getting good money, but existing employees had to actively request pay to match.
Advice to Management
Continue to listen to the employees and continue giving the employees a sense of purpose. It allows the employees to take ownership in their work and provide exceptional performance.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HDR in January 2017.
The initial interview was a virtual interview performed through a third party client. There were around five questions and you were allowed to review answers before submitting them. Each question allowed a total of four retries.
