I have been working at HEICO full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Large Company – well funded & highly profitable
Great Benefits – 401-k, bonus, health, etc.
Positive Culture – many long-time team members and many who have left, have returned
Growth Opportunities - for those who work hard and excel

    Cons

Some jobs are demanding and you may have to put in the extra hours to get the job done. However, the variety of the work makes the days go by quick.

    Advice to Management

I don't know how to say it better than: Great companies don't hire skilled people and motivate them, they hire already motivated people and inspire them. Management should continue to attribute part of the success to their Team Members; who truly appreciate the recognition.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HEICO.

    Interview

Standard phone interview followed by an Excel test then an in person interview with direct manager. Last interview was with director of the department. Very standard and formal interview process. There will also be a test on general competency.
