I have been working at HHS full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

It's a good company to work for, I consider HHS family or the leaders I work with family. After looking at competitors for employment I realized that HHS has better values, mission, and professionalism.

    Cons

The pay could be better, I do not feel I am compensated for the work that I do and the hours I have to put in. Assistant Directors should get annual reviews for an increase in salary.
