Interview for D2C Data Analyst role:
Process included:
1 hour HR Interview. Asking very in depth questions regarding yourself and resume
1 hour hiring manger (Director of Marketing) interview. More about yourself and questions regarding the role. They gave a detail description of the role and situational questions
1 hour interview with Director of Data Intelligence.
Gave overview of his role and how this data analyst role would fit/work with him.
Process took 4 weeks then told them I had another job offer. They responded saying they are still interviewing candidates but then followed with more questions on why I wanted to work for them via email. Thats the last I heard from them. So, got ghosted....Interview- Why HMTX? - What can you bring to HMTX? - No technical questions at all.
