At HNN Communities, we are committed to developing quality and affordable housing for residents across Washington. Our mission to encourage growth, prosperity, and a sense of community is attributed to our excellent staff members and strong value for relationships with residents.
Recently, we were able to launch a successful pilot program at Creston Point to accommodate residents’ needs, which included a community library and food pantry. Creston Point is HNN’s affordable rental housing community in Renton. It houses approximately 1,600 people, 700 of which are 17 years old and under and who are predominately below 50% area medium income (AMI) in King County. Our staff members collaborated with residents to identify resource gaps and initiate positive activities and outcomes for those households.
