The people like to call around and find references based on your resume and LinkedIn even though they don’t ask you for references But I felt super super comfortable in the interview They asked about my personal goals in 5 years, what I have learned from my previous work experiences, previous internship experience (I didn’t have any at the time of my interview), a time I solved a problem, strengths and weaknesses, and how I handle conflict with peers Super great casual interview.
