I have been working at HOCHTIEF full-time (Less than a year)
Supportive management. Good working environment. A very good place to start your career, esp. for freshers, as HOCHTIEF will provide sound and solid training
Salary is very low in the beginning. Less chances of field exposure unless the company sends you to field.
Advice to Management
Please provide Industry par salary to the employees.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at HOCHTIEF (Chennai (India)) in May 2017.
There were three rounds of interview:
1. Telephonic : HR Round
2. Skype : With the Managing Director
3. Face to face : Final round of interview at the head office with the Managing Director
In the HR Round, questions were asked in order to assess the candidates communication skills, knowledge in the skills mentioned in the resume, personal information etc.
Second and third round consisted of very interactive rounds with the Managing Director. More than assessing the technical or knowledge skills of the candidates, questions were asked to assess the capability and willing=ness of the candidate to perform the tasks for the mentioned job.
