Lots of opportunity to contribute given the size of the businesses.
It's a big company...there are politics you need to be aware of and manage.
Also due to size, can become insular. requires a lot of energy just to deal with internal stuff, so it can prevent you from being as plugged in as you need to be with the industry at large.
Advice to Management
Stay grounded in what truly will deliver value. Some of it super cool (3D printing!) some is just disciplined execution on an enormous scale. Either way, celebrate everyone who contributes to that success.

1.Aptitude Round : Problems on Time and work,trains,boats and streams,probability overall i can that read Rs agarwal book .
3.technical Round: Be prepared with all the concepts of Java,Dbms,DS,
