I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HUB International (Los Angeles, CA) in October 2016.
They were kind enough to be discreet as I was employed elsewhere. They were also willing to meet up with me after hours and though they needed me right away, allowed me to give my employer a 2 week notice. I met with one of the agents and the HR person. Though I did not have all the experience they were looking for, they liked my enthusiasm and felt I was trainable and felt we have the same core ethics.
