Advice to Management
Keep employment standards high
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at HUSCO International.
Prior to onsite interview, had to fill out two assessments by hand and scan them in, and one electronically (would be nice if they were all electronic). Had an onsite interview scheduled, but never received an itinerary with who I'd be talking with or job titles, just a location and time to show up. One of the interviewers was late for the interview, rushed through some questions, told me to email any questions I had, so I sent an email with questions and never received a response. After two emails asking for an update, was told I was still being considered, sent two more emails asking for an update, but never heard anything. Poor overall candidate experience.
