The HUSCO International Environmental policy applies to all HUSCO facilities. Our goal is to go beyond simple legal/regulatory compliance and to work hard to reduce HUSCO’s current and future environmental impact.

What's so awesome about a Co-op or Internship at HUSCO?

Our structured program allows students to work with their manager to create goals that align with department priorities and student learning objective.  In another words, we want you to have ownership in your work projects but also contribute to the success of the department.

    I really enjoy my fellow coworkers and my supervisor. The work tends to be fast paced and enjoyable for an assembly job. I don’t feel like I’m being babysat and am trusted to do my job. The ability to earn raises and bonuses are plentiful.


    There tends to be a “shift war” mentality. Competition can be healthy but it tends to be petty. There are definite discrepancies between how much each shift produces. At times management can be slow to solve an easily fixed problem. Currently, it’s a bit understaffed.

    Advice to Management

    Be more diligent when it comes to fixing problems in assembly. Crack down on first shift and their inability to produce even a fraction of what third shift contributes.

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HUSCO International.


    I was contacted by an internal recruiter. The process was phone interview with internal recruiter, technical questions phone interview with hiring manager, technical skills test phone interview with dept. colleague, then in-person interview. In-person interview was 4-5 back to back half hour slots. Interviewers asked a range of questions about work history, skills, company culture and fit.
