I applied through college or university. The process took 6+ weeks. I interviewed at Habib Metropolitan Bank (Karāchi (Pakistan)).
The process was relatively simple. An online application, followed by a simple aptitude test and 2 personal interviews at the bank's head office; an initial interview with the Human Resources personnel and a final in-depth interview with the CEO.
The interviewers were well prepared and organized. Having read your entire profile, they were able to ask appropriate and relevant questions. They largely let me direct the interview thereby allowing me to sell myself to them in the manner I deemed best.
Got an acceptance email a couple of weeks after the final interview and a call asking me to send in a copy of my degree. Verification of educational qualifications took 3 days after which I was invited to their head office to sign the offer letter.
