I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Hadassah (New York, NY) in June 2015.
One of their HR Recruiters reached out to me on Linkedin. I had a phone interview with her, and she then referred me to the Director of Major Gifts. I had two in-person interviews with four different staff members before they offered me the position. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant and professional. I didn't feel like I was being grilled, but that they were genuinely trying to determine if I would be a good fit for the position.
