Ahmad Hagler - CEO:
I am originally from Cleveland, OH. Prior to Hagler and Associates, I went to college for Athletic Training while participating in college football. Sports have always been a big passion of mine growing up, and one thing I have always encouraged at Hagler and Associates is a team mindset. Fostering a positive team environment partnered with professionalism is what gives Hagler and Associates an edge in today’s marketing world.
As a result of working with Fortune 100 & 500 Clients inside local Big Box retail giants, we make sure to always stay ahead of the game with our unique marketing and customer acquisition strategies. I am proud to say that Hagler and Associates always sets the pace when it comes to culminating new ideas for the team’s overall success. Lindsey Miller - Talent Acquisitions Specialist:
I am originally from Akron, OH and moved to the Baltimore area in May of 2013. Prior to Hagler and Associates, I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and was working as a preschool teacher. Some of the things I enjoy about Hagler and Associates is the established structure for constant growth, both professionally and personally. Another thing I enjoy is the team environment and positive atmosphere that has become a key part of the company culture. Ideas and goals are created as a team and executed as a team. At Hagler and Associates we believe in 100% promotion from within meaning, everyone starts from the same spot. Each of our managers have been trained in all aspects of the company, creating a solid base and foundation for growth.
ACCOUNT MANAGER
In the Account Manager phase you will be responsible for one in-store marketing campaign. The Account Managers will focus on the relationship on one key account, as well as helping to continue to develop our process.
TRAINING MANAGER
In the Training Manager phase, you will be responsible for multiple in-store marketing campaigns throughout the city. The Training Manager will train Marketing & Sales Representatives and Account Managers. Training managers also help develop the training process.
ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER
The Assistant Branch Manager’s responsibilities shift from in front to behind the scenes. The Assistant Branch Manager will start his/her training by learning how to do payroll, interview potential employees, as well as learn about the financial aspect of the business, including the company budget. The most important role of the Assistant Branch Manager is the planning of expansion.
BRANCH MANAGER
The Branch Manager's role starts with Brand Management. The Branch Manager is responsible for in-store marketing campaigns in the territory. He or she will be responsible for making sure in-store marketing campaigns represent our clients’, the retail stores’ as well as our standards.

Pros
There is a great chance for opportunity and professional growth. If you are looking for experience and development the managers will definitely help you to reach your goals. The schedule is flexible and managers work with you accordingly. I graduated with a marketing degree but I did not have any experience when I got this job but I have learned so much! I love that they are hiring for entry level positions and that they train you in all aspects of marketing. The pay is fairly enough, it really depends on your background.
Cons
Our managers are great with development and training. If you do not like being coached you would not like this position.
Advice to Management
Keep up the positive environment. This is what makes me want to come to work everyday!

Application
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Hagler & Associates.
Interview
I was called just a few days after applying. The people I met at the office were very genuine and inviting. The office was really nice. It definitely eased my nerves a little bit and made me feel a little more comfortable to be in such an upbeat environment.
My initial interview was not very long. The manager was surprisingly easy to talk to. We briefly discussed my past work experience. He told me more about the company and then at the end of my interview let me know that they would be calling back at the end of the day for second interviews.
The second interview was with a different manager than the first one. It was also conversational but went into more detail on job duties. He laid out compensation and explained some of the earning bonuses, clients, etc... My third interview was to meet again with the first manager and we discussed my future with the company. I had other interviews lined up and let him know that it would be tough making a final decision. He urged me to finish the interviewing process and then to be in contact.
My first few weeks here have been amazing! I definitely appreciate the laid back environment that they have to offer here and the fast pace that they expect from you to pick things up. It didn't take me long, and it's only been my motivation since day one!
