Hagler & Associates is a high energy promotional marketing firm founded in 2010. Since opening our doors, we have had the opportunity to help expand various Fortune 500 Companies brands in locations such as Cleveland, OH; Baltimore, MD; and now the Cincinnati, OH & Covington, KY areas. We use our long-standing retail partnerships to manage our clients' direct marketing and sales efforts locally from within Big Box Retail locations.

We take pride in developing our company and striving to grow both professionally and personally. Ahmad Hagler - CEO:

I am originally from Cleveland, OH. Prior to Hagler and Associates, I went to college for Athletic Training while participating in college football. Sports have always been a big passion of mine growing up, and one thing I have always encouraged at Hagler and Associates is a team mindset. Fostering a positive team environment partnered with professionalism is what gives Hagler and Associates an edge in today’s marketing world.

As a result of working with Fortune 100 & 500 Clients inside local Big Box retail giants, we make sure to always stay ahead of the game with our unique marketing and customer acquisition strategies. I am proud to say that Hagler and Associates always sets the pace when it comes to culminating new ideas for the team’s overall success. With the success seen in the greater Columbia/Baltimore area over the past few years, we are excited to continue to become one of the most established marketing firms in the area.

Lindsey Miller - Talent Acquisitions Specialist:

I am originally from Akron, OH and moved to the Baltimore area in May of 2013. Prior to Hagler and Associates, I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and was working as a preschool teacher. Some of the things I enjoy about Hagler and Associates is the established structure for constant growth, both professionally and personally. Another thing I enjoy is the team environment and positive atmosphere that has become a key part of the company culture. Ideas and goals are created as a team and executed as a team. With a strong work ethic and positive attitude, anyone can grow quickly in the company despite previous experience and knowledge.

Amber Kitchen - Amber Kitchen:

I am originally from Southern Kentucky and moved up to the Northern Kentucky area in the summer of 2016. I am currently a student at Northern Kentucky University pursuing a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a major in Sports Business and minors in Business Administration and Marketing with a goal to graduate in May of 2019.

The core reason I enjoy working with Hagler and Associates is the company's extreme passion for giving back to the community. Charity and volunteer work have always been a huge part of my life, so it is wonderful to work for a company where the employees and management are eager to give back. Besides the willingness to help, Hagler and Associates have taught me that hard work and a positive team mentality are key factors any young professional should attribute to themselves.

At Hagler and Associates we believe in 100% promotion from within meaning, everyone starts from the same spot. Each of our managers have been trained in all aspects of the company, creating a solid base and foundation for growth.


In the Marketing & Sales Representative phase you will learn how to effectively execute an in-store marketing campaign for one of our Fortune 500 Clients. The Marketing & Sales Representative is usually the first line of contact for new and existing customers, so a big part of this phase is customer service. They will then help manage their own marketing campaign.


In the Account Manager phase you will be responsible for one in-store marketing campaign. The Account Managers will focus on the relationship on one key account, as well as helping to continue to develop our process.


In the Training Manager phase, you will be responsible for multiple in-store marketing campaigns throughout the city. The Training Manager will train Marketing & Sales Representatives and Account Managers. Training managers also help develop the training process.


The Assistant Branch Manager’s responsibilities shift from in front to behind the scenes. The Assistant Branch Manager will start his/her training by learning how to do payroll, interview potential employees, as well as learn about the financial aspect of the business, including the company budget. The most important role of the Assistant Branch Manager is the planning of expansion.


The Branch Manager's role starts with Brand Management. The Branch Manager is responsible for in-store marketing campaigns in the territory. He or she will be responsible for making sure in-store marketing campaigns represent our clients’, the retail stores’ as well as our standards.

    Love the team effort and encouragement to move up in the company! The manger does not try to hold you back at an entry level he like to see you succeed and always there to help you accomplish you career goals.


    Wish it as located in West Virginia so I could continue to be a part of this team.

    I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Hagler & Associates.


    I was called just a few days after applying. The people I met at the office were very genuine and inviting. The office was really nice. It definitely eased my nerves a little bit and made me feel a little more comfortable to be in such an upbeat environment.

    My initial interview was not very long. The manager was surprisingly easy to talk to. We briefly discussed my past work experience. He told me more about the company and then at the end of my interview let me know that they would be calling back at the end of the day for second interviews.

    The second interview was with a different manager than the first one. It was also conversational but went into more detail on job duties. He laid out compensation and explained some of the earning bonuses, clients, etc... My third interview was to meet again with the first manager and we discussed my future with the company. I had other interviews lined up and let him know that it would be tough making a final decision. He urged me to finish the interviewing process and then to be in contact.

    My first few weeks here have been amazing! I definitely appreciate the laid back environment that they have to offer here and the fast pace that they expect from you to pick things up. It didn't take me long, and it's only been my motivation since day one!
