...pays and medications are high, management VERY unprofessional (will literally curse you out, screaming with expletives, mainly f bombs without sufficient reason), you're just another warm body, not a caring nor compassionate environment, very poor pay and benefits overall, frequent paycheck discrepancies without compensation, cannot access schedule outside of work, frequent major pharmacy mistakes, poor scheduling, charge nurses do not jump in when staff is drowning, no work/life balance, have to sell your soul to use any PTO....
