I worked at Hallmark part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Working in their retail stores was enjoyable. Everyone was a team player, and cultivated a relaxing but fun environment. Plus it is always heart warming to help customers express their feelings/memories through gifts or cards.

    Cons

Holiday shopping always has the potential to be crazy no matter what retail store you work at. No other cons.

    Application

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hallmark.

    Interview

First was a phone screening with recruiter, then a panel interview with 3 employees. Everyone was very nice and the process was very smooth. My only complaint is after I applied for this job, I’ve gotten calls from multiple agencies to help with my job search. This is the only position I applied for, so it had to have come from the site I applied on.
