    Pros

    Great opportunity to learn the supply chain, interview professional and prompt, people are all friendly, Helpful, knowledgable, Human Resources appears to be blamed for Management decisions, most policies fair, benefits exceptional, payroll accurate and Human Resources very supportive though out my time and worked with me to better my career.

    Cons

    Human Resources appears to be understaffed for all they do, they are in the office many hours throughout the week, they are still there when most people are gone.

    Advice to Management

    Streamline staff in areas where not necessary and provide additional staff where areas are needed.
    Management needs to get out on the floor and see what is going on. There are many individuals on their phones and not actually working, not even putting in a minimum of 40 hours a week. Management unaware of what their staff is doing during the day...
