I have been working at Hamilton full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great company. I've really enjoyed my time here.

I've read many of the reviews. Yes, the start time is 7:00am. I'm sorry you have to get to work on time! I also know people who have a later start time to allow time to drop off their kids. The last picnic was a couple weeks ago. Maybe you should have gone. Oh, there is also BBQs and X-mas parties. You might consider going to those as well.

Other pros are the great pay and benefits. Steady work and shifts.

    Cons

Ex-employees or someone who was probably fired for being lazy. Leave - go find some place where you don't have to get to work on time or actually perform any work. Some people are just a joke.

    Advice to Management

Yes, read the comments. Especially, the cons. The 401k is nice but more match would be better. But, take the cons with a grain of salt. Someone obviously needs their diaper changed.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Hamilton (Reno, NV).

    Interview

Be yourself, understand the job, understand your gaps, strengths and weaknesses. Not difficult but be thoughtful. Be friendly and casual. Do not be over formal or try to be correct with every answer, not necessary. Be aware of behavioral questions and plan well for that.
