Great employees and fun working environment (because of the employees). They work with you if you need time off for personal and family reasons.
The VP's can care less about their employees. They will act like they care and make promises (and speeches) but there is no follow through. Great starter job and some perks but do not get your hopes up if you want to move up in title or make livable money. You are easily replaceable and will be reminded of that if you plead your case on why you may deserve more money.
Advice to Management
"People, process and product" - Marcus Lemonis (multi millionaire entrepreneur).
Notice the order of operation of this saying, "People" is first and "process" is second. Both is what this company lacks. Improve this, the company will be a true success.
I applied in-person. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Hampton Golf (Fernandina, FL) in September 2012.
Sat down one on one with Golf Pro. He explained the job in detail, asked me about availability and prior work experience. Not too much to stress over. I was in high school at the time, so they were flexible with the afternoons during the week. Not a bad job if looking for something short-term.
