I have been working at Hanapin Marketing full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Hanapin is an incredible place to work. Management is amazing - very human, very honest/candid/transparent, and very passionate about the company, what they do, and the employees. Employees are given the opportunity to build their own paths, work on things that interest them, and actually have a good version of the elusive work-life balance in an agency role. Most folks seem to work around 45 hrs/week. Clients are strong - really big brands that help push your thinking and provide good growth opportunities. Tons of training! Hanapin offers great benefits including unlimited sick time and PAID leave for new parents! You can work remotely which is awesome as well. Everyone is super smart and extremely reliable -- employees really live the values and make it a fun place to come to work every day.

    Cons

There are a lot of perks/offerings to take advantage of but it is hard to do all of them and still get your work done sometimes. You have to be really diligent about your schedule to decide what/when you can partake (as you definitely want to opt into some of the activities/trainings because they are great!!). Just all about balance!

    Advice to Management

Keep up the strong communication and autonomous work style. Continue to be flexible and work with employees. Always keep it fun and weird!
