Really great company and team culture, fantastic opportunities for the product to change the market, rewarding challenges to overcome, easy to find the CEO for a discussion where need be.
Sometimes I feel like terms like "customer centric" are thrown about because thats the soup of the day in the business world so to speak, but the expenditure on each team doesn't reflect that.
Advice to Management
Please make sure that we focus on the customer in ways that aren't just lip service.
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Handshake (New York, NY) in November 2017.
I was emailed asking for to set up a time for a phone interview. The interviewer was a few minutes late and was a bit confused as to what my most recent job was which made it seem like he hadn't really reviewed my resume at all.
