I recently received an offer from iProspect (part of Dentsu) I’ve heard ups and downs about this company. I currently work for a great company and not sure if I should leave. The new opportunity pays a lot more than I currently make. Does anyone have any advice about this company and whether I should take the job or not?

Interview
Erste E-Mail-Kommunikation, schnelle Rückmeldung und Vereinbarung eines persönlichen Vorstellungsgesprächs vor Ort mit zwei Mitarbeitern. Zunächst Unternehmenspräsentation und dann einige Fragen zu meinem beruflichem Weg. Die folgenden 3 bis 4 Fragen drehten sich um Branding und um das Verständnis von Verbrauchern. Alles in allem eine sehr freundliche und sympathische Atmosphäre, von den Recruiting-Mitarbeitern bis hin zum Gebäudemanagement. Noch am gleichen Tag erhielt ich eine Antwort und mir wurde ein Praktikum angeboten, das ich annahm.
