I worked at Harbortouch full-time (More than 3 years)
Its a real company. Lots of people (several hundred), nice office, nice lounge with video games. Its busy so the day goes by really fast. I did technical support. Lots of overtime if you want it. I don't know what that other review was about saying there is issue with paychecks. Its automated, I think they use ADP. Its a really big company, so I am guessing that was someones individual problem.
Unless you get selected for management or promotion, there is not a lot of ability to do new things. I was in technical support. No issue with the job, I just had no where to move up to.
Advice to Management
No complaints, thanks. I enjoyed my time.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Harbortouch (Morrisville, NC) in May 2017.
I received the job description from career services at the school I was attending on Monday. The recruiter called later that day to set a meeting for Tuesday. I was scheduled for an interview with the company on Thursday. I was then offered the position through the recruiter on Friday.
