    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Harding's Markets (Bridgman, MI) in March 2015.

    Interview

I was called and told they'd like me to come in and have a formal interview. I went in the next day and instead of an interview, I sat down with the day manager and she just told me about the job. I was only asked basic questions such as if I was attending or had graduated from school.
