Advice to Management
When a team member informs you that one of your long time electricians is changing the program to accept the measurement of a part over 20% out of range, look into it just don't brush him off.
There was only one interview, and I was hired on the spot. It wasn't done very professional. It was done on the production floor at a supervisor's desk. If you didn't have experience that wasn't a problem they would teach you.
There wasn't one, they offered I accepted.
