Good manager. Decent benefits. Promotes from within. Training was helpful and supervisors were willing to take time to train. Didn't need to stay late or work OT
Not competitive pay. Too much turnover, HR not receptive. As firm grew and workload increased more employees not added. Senior level not always visible
Advice to Management
Better communication on how to advance career. Add matching 401k. Have more firm wide meetings as there was disconnect between teams
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Harmon Law Offices (Newton, MA) in August 2016.
Quick interview focused on ability to quickly turn work around and remain detail oriented. One issue that was a constant presence in the process was how quickly you could learn the process and excel in that framework. The offer was firm and standardized, no room for negotiation.
