I have been working at Harrison Steel Castings Co. full-time (More than a year)
They are usually fairly busy even when other companies aren't and pay slightly higher wages than most other facilities in the area
The plant is dirty and dangerous and the air quality is dismal. Management and ownership are very poor communicators. Management seems to be concerned about keeping their jobs over all else and won't hesitate for a moment to throw someone under the bus. There is a lot of racism throughout the plant.

Improve your communications skills and treat your employees better

Was not formally interviewed- talked to HR through email then was asked to come in and take a test. Afterwards HR called to ask me to name some of the places I had worked previously
They asked me if the starting wage was acceptable and I agreed that it was
