Great place to work and acquire real world experience quickly. Everyone is very friendly, employees often know other employees by name and always wave. Feels like a family owned company, because it's a family owned company.
Dirty. Dirty. Dirty. Everything is covered under an inch of dust. The smell of a steel foundry will stick to your clothes, be prepared. Harrison Steel is not well diversified, 80% of their output is sold to one company in one market sector. Not ideal for long term growth.

Was not formally interviewed- talked to HR through email then was asked to come in and take a test. Afterwards HR called to ask me to name some of the places I had worked previously
They asked me if the starting wage was acceptable and I agreed that it was
