I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Harry's (New York, NY).
Sent in the application online and about a week later was contacted for a phone interview. The interviewee on the phone was extremely nice and very passionate about Harry's. I was quickly told that I would be invited to their "Round Robin" interview. This was with 6 other candidates and you had a 1 on 1 interview with 3 other employees for 7 minutes. It was really brief and you didn't have much time to answer questions. Their offices are really nice and everyone was very friendly. Unfortunately I received a call a couple of days later that they decided to go with another applicant. I was happy they called to deliver the news, it gave it a more personal feel. They told me I had great experience and so I was a bit confused for their reasoning. In addition, during the interview process it was a bit disorganized.
