revamp your talent management department!!!
I was initially hired in 1998 as a long-term music substitute teacher by school personnel who knew of my stellar music performances and exceptional teaching abilities and ability to recognize talent and the gift to teach both young and old students. They had seen my work and knew that I would deliver: help present new material to student and leave student feeling confident in the knowledge and transformed to use it based on their own derived skill base.
