I worked at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates full-time (More than a year)
Patients were wonderful, met some great people along the way, benefits were fabulous.
Not enough support, low morale, high turn over, never any consistency in standard work, duties change on a weekly basis, often times the standard work made things more difficult to complete what should be a fairly task.
Advice to Management
Listen to your staff who are drowning in work. Instead of telling staff you understand how grueling the work load is how about showing them you understand by hiring more employees. Stop upping the volume when you are down on staff.
I applied online. I interviewed at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates.
Great interview for about half an hour. Interviewer was very personable and easy to talk to. They wanted to know a lot about my prior experience and how I typically handled myself in a situation. The only negative thing is that the interviewer wasn't too prepared in terms of having the physician there for me to meet that day.
