Mission: Creating the World’s Best Play Experiences.
I worked at Hasbro (Less than a year)
-You get to work on super interesting projects and brands
-Team is fantastic and full of very knowledgeable engineers
-You get autonomy/ freedom to work by yourself
-Pay is not that good compared to other engineering co-ops or internships
-No overtime,e but you can take off any extra time you work later on.
-No place to stay nearby for short-term work i.e. 6 months
Advice to Management
Compensate co-ops for overtime.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Hasbro (Pawtucket, RI).
Three rounds of interview. First round was phone and then the last two rounds were in-person. The phone interview was more like an informational interview - giving me information about the job responsibilities, salaries etc. Then the last two rounds were fairly standard, meeting with various employees within the department. The wait time between each round was very quick. I heard back from them within a week of each interview.
