The people at HMIC are wonderful, leaders and non-leaders alike and the company is financially strong. Benefits, especially the 401k match and profit-sharing bonuses are on the better end compared toCons
Other reviews mention the pay. It's not that HMIC doesn't pay well, it's that your raises or potential for higher earnings over time won't be anything significant, which is usually why people leave.Advice to Management
Review the raise and career progression structures to avoid people from stagnating in their positions. Other than that, keep up the great work!
