I worked at Havas Worldwide full-time
- Fun work environment. A lot of activities with agency and team. - The people are very nice and are willing to work with you to see you succeed
- Long Hours - Experience depends on your team. I ended up on a team that created a very hostile work environment, and HR did little to mitigate. - Due to high turnover and slow staffing workloads and hours seamed to overwhelm a lot of the staff. - Due to high turnover, there are many quick promotions and creatig a upper management with very little experience.
Advice to Management
Invest in a true new employee training module. Also, provide upper management with management training classes.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Havas Worldwide (Boston, MA) in October 2015.
The screening HR interview was just very basic. When I went in to interview in person I only had the opportunity to meet with someone that started working there 6 months ago. He was unfriendly and not a great representation of the company. After our 30 min long talk he then went to get the VP of client services and coincenditically he was unable to make the interview. Very disappointing, but why would I want to work in a company like that anyway.
