    Pros

Flying benefits/ Medical plan/ Desirable hours/ Great Work environment

    Cons

For Employee- Standing by should be confirmed instead on a limited or earned basis For Customers- Seniors should not be standing i the same line as others they should have a zip lane so that they are not standing for long periods of time. That might alleviate so many wheel chair persons.
