I worked at Hay Group (Less than a year)
Work provided on a daily basis with changed scope. As an intern, I did not expect much to be expected of me, but it was nice to see how the work that I do actually come into light.
Work environment was a little too crowded. Too many cliques and sometimes not sufficient training was provided to complete the works.
I applied through college or university. The process took a week. I interviewed at Hay Group (Philadelphia, PA) in June 2016.
The overall experience was very pleasant. I was interviewed by 3 people all at once. They were all very nice and the interview that was conducted had a casual tone. After you tell them about yourself, they will ask you to answer a set of prepared questions that have for you. They each proceeded to bring out a piece of paper with 10-15 interview questions and they take turns asking you to answer each one. They listen to your responses and write each of your answers down for each questions. The questions were't too difficult. Mostly behavioral questions such as: "name a time you have failed", "what's one of your greatest accomplishments", and questions of that nature.
