Advice to Management
Keep up the good work
I applied through college or university. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Hayward Baker (Atlanta, GA) in April 2016.
Two phone interviews, then two in office interviews. They walked me around the offices to meet everyone that was in. Has a quite but communial vibe to it. I had 1 hour interviews with the branch manager, a project engineer, and an operations engineer. They were all very friendly and it was more of a converation then an interview. It felt like I was having life talkes with professors.
