InterviewThe selection process for 6 months contract role is very stringent, similar to selecting a permanent employee. There is at least 2 rounds of interviews with HR and hiring manager. At end of interview, HR just mentioned that they will let you know if you proceed to the next round, so if you don’t hear from them just take it as unsuccessful. Before the interview, you will need to complete application form, salary disclosure, submit copies of all educational certificates (primary, secondary and tertiary institutions).
