Interview
The whole interview process lasted about a week right from application online through getting an offer letter. I applied through Indeed, was reached out by recruiter through phone screening, and followed by onsite interview at their facility. Interview lasted about an hour, which included a tour of their amazing facility with encapsulation and blending labs.
Interviewers were absolutely great, the way they actually listened and interacted. Also, answered all the questions that I had in an insightful manner.InterviewBasic questions about my background, experience, and skills. Also, asked about my knowledge of the company, and goal for my next role.
