Last week we had the opportunity to share a summer treat with our employees as a gesture of our gratitude for all of their hard work. We all had an awesome time! Thanks again to all of our incredible team!
We are built on communication, integrity and trust. Our senior leaders remain active in daily operations, quality control and sales matters, encourage input from all employees, and inspire a team-first concept that drives our company forward. Information is key in our industry, and communicating information along any number of channels helps us stay laser sharp in our approach. We encourage our people to ask questions and seek answers in order to support the process.
We trust our people, and appreciate when they return this trust. In supporting one another, we continue to support the needs of our clients. When you consider that the products we manufacture make their way to the vitamin shelves and medicine cabinets of millions of Americans, you understand why we are meticulous, detail-oriented and focused.
In addition to accountability, we focus on the following business dynamics:
We seek professional-minded employees who understand and appreciate our place in supporting our customers. Whether you’re a part of operations, quality control or sales, you must be ready to handle and address the production, customer service, regulatory and account support needs of our clients.
Our industry never stands still. The revolutionary nutritional product that won’t hit the shelves for five years is in development today, while the one that comes five years after that is currently being dreamt up. We see ourselves as the industry’s doers and dreamers, meeting today’s needs while preparing for tomorrow. We want employees who possess and express this same enthusiasm and intent.

Advice to Management
Growing pains are a great way to weed out weakness in systems
I applied online. I interviewed at Health Wright Products (Clackamas, OR) in May 2015.
After applying I was contacted for a phone interview which lasted about 30 minutes and went over some basic info amount the company and the position. I was ask some normal interview questions regarding my previous experience and what I was looking for/why I was looking to leave the position I had at the time. I was then scheduled an in person interview where I met both the leader of the department and the HR person who conducted the phone interview. Similar questions were asked in the in person interview. I felt that they were definitely making an effort to get to know me. I was made an offer which I gladly accepted. The whole process was interesting and very comfortable.
