    I worked at HealthCare Synergy full-time (More than a year)


    They say the only way to move up is to figure out what you want to do in the company and teach yourself. So if you are looking for something to do and ask they will most likely find something for you to do. They don't like firing people and try their best to retain all employees. They really keep a family atmosphere with work. Each department is very tight knit and working life is very easy and normally fun. Food is usually provided each week as its someone's birthday or some sort of event and the company usually eats together. Its not a bad place to go every morning if you take out the pay.


    Pay is extremely poor and there isn't room to grow. They do try to compensate with bonuses, but if you calculate the bonuses it would be better to take a few dollars in your hourly salary. There's always food being provided for birthdays and other events but still another way to try to compensate for poor pay. Annual evaluations don't really count for much as its difficult for the company to move everyone up in pay since its so small. You may get more responsibilities but that doesn't mean you are moving up. Unless the company grows they don't have much room to grow and they were in a battle for market share with Kinnser.

    Advice to Management

    Management is trying to do with what they have. Unless there is a growth in profit, which they were trying to do they rule with an iron fist.

    Hiring manager called and scheduled an interview. Once interview has been completed they will contact you if they want to hire you. They'll give you an offer letter, from what it seems it will most likely be what they offer is what they give.
